A smaller financial services company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their growing IT team. As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, with a primary focus on Cisco products. Your day-to-day activities will include configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance and security. You will monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives, including our planned migration to cloud infrastructure in 2025.

-Extensive experience with Cisco products - routers, switches, firewalls
-Experience with migrating from Presidio to Cisco; or from any product to Cisco
-Experience working with AWS networking and Terraform
-Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
-Comfortable with hybrid onsite in Manhattan
-AWS Advanced Networking certification is a ++
