Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator/Scheduler to join one of our largest Pharmaceutical clients working at their Rensselaer, NY location 5x/week onsite. This individual will be joining the Facilities Compliance team working closely with Lead Project Managers to facilitate the scheduling of department wide shut downs, coordination of inter-departmental communication and project flow between teams. This person will be expected to come onsite with an understanding of working within the pharmaceutical industry in addition to experience managing and coordinating people, schedules, and project plans relating to pharma and MEP. Good communication and attention to detail is an absolute must has they will be sometimes be handling multiple initiatives at once.

- 3-5 years of project management experience with a focus on scheduling
- Background working in the pharamceutical industry
- Familiarity/understanding of MEP (Mechanical electical processes) i.e. HVAC systems, process engineering, etc.
- Sharp comms and attention to detail
