Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join a leading healthcare client in New York. This person will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will manage a small team of Analysts. They will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Freight Management Team including mailroom, courier services, and freight operations. They will coordinate with stakeholders throughout the system to understand and document needs, manage daily dispatch, service, and escalations for time sensitive courier items, dispatch resources as needed to solve end-user escalations, partner with procurement and sourcing to maintain requisitions and purchase orders, and ultimately serve as the primary point of contact for special requests, urgent needs, and/or potential service disruptions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record building rapport with stakeholders and driving process improvement.

Bachelors degree
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
