· The key role of a Deltek specialist is to provide ongoing day-to-day incident management, troubleshooting, resolving issues, performing application support services.
· Deltek is currently on-premise hosted on Windows servers. The Deltek version in use is 7.62.
· There are 3 integrations requiring support:
o Project creation interface
o TM Master Vessel Management
o A document management interface is currently in development and will require support once deployed. This interface integrates Deltek with AP / AR documents to be managed in DocuPhase.
· In addition to integrations, reporting and dashboards are managed in Power BI. The data is fetched from Deltek MS SQL database real-time into Power BI. Ongoing report addition, ad-hoc report requirements, enhancements and support is required.
· Day-to-day activities also include supporting users across the organization, addressing concerns and helping them utilize the system effectively. This includes monitoring jobs, infrastructure, system performance and database administration activities.
