Insight Global is looking for a Technical PMO (Project Management Office) to join one of our premier Asset Management clients and sit three days a week in New York City. This person will be joining the Middle Office Technology group and is responsible for overseeing, leading, and managing cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of credit products, strong project management capabilities, and experience within the middle office of financial services. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating complex projects (develop detailed plans/strategy/resource allocation), ensuring they align with business objectives, and driving the successful implementation of technology solutions. This person will provide boots-on-the ground assistance to the project team in identifying risks, issues and paths to green scenarios, then they will lead the project review processes, including ROIs and After-Action Reviews with executive leadership.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field
5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager within the financial services industry, particularly in the middle office
Strong understanding of credit products and middle office operations (including trade processing, risk management, and reporting)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication with project teams and executive leadership (create decks communicating programs or project progress, including risk, issues and etc.)
Project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Experience with financial software and systems used in middle office operations
MBA in one of the related fields
