Pay Rate: 20-26/hr
Insight Global is hiring for a REMOTE Jr. IT Change Manager to join a large streaming service client. This Jr. IT Change Manager will be part of the Reliability & Performance team and will be responsible for managing the change process for the Direct-to-Consumer businesses client applications and related software services. This Jr. IT Change Manager will oversee the Change Advisory Board, working with delivery teams and the Operations PMO to ensure that all system changes are scheduled and approved before implementation. On a day-to-day basis, this Jr. IT Change Manager will be responsible for joining/participating in daily change and incident management calls, ensuring if a change ticket came in, if it is going through the right processes and channels, automating change tickets in ServiceNow, and giving recommendations on how dashboards can be improved and/or can be automated. Furthermore, this Jr. IT Change Manager will be This Jr. IT Change Manager has to be comfortable working with technical and non-technical team members.
