Our client is preparing for a significant digital transformation with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will be pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption of this new system across the organization. This role reports directly to the project manager and involves developing and executing a comprehensive OCM strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategizing for Change:
o Defining the OCM Approach: Lead the development of the overall change management strategy, considering user demographics, communication styles, and potential resistance points.
o Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and support throughout the project.
2. Assessing Impact and Readiness:
o Change Impact Analysis: Analyze how the new SAP system will affect different departments and workflows, guiding specific training and communication strategies.
o Readiness Assessments: Develop methods to assess the organizations readiness for change through surveys, workshops, and focus groups.
3. Communication and User Adoption:
o Communication Plan Development: Create a detailed communication plan tailored to various user segments, ensuring transparency and understanding throughout the transformation.
o Training and Enablement: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip users with the necessary skills to operate effectively within the new system.
o Driving User Adoption: Promote a culture of continuous learning and support, encouraging user engagement and addressing concerns proactively.
4. Collaboration and Integration:
o Working with the SAP Implementation Team: Collaborate closely with the technical team to integrate change management activities seamlessly into the implementation plan.
o Partnering with Business Leaders: Identify change champions within departments to advocate for the new system and provide peer support.
5. Measuring Success and Ongoing Support:
o Defining Change Success Metrics: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, such as adoption rates and user feedback.
o Post-Go-Live Support: Monitor user adoption post-go-live, address ongoing concerns, and support continuous improvement efforts within the SAP environment.

10-15 years of experience in OCM program development and business transformation, ideally within the skincare or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Proven track record in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement (including C-Suite), and SAP processes (PTP, PTM, OTC, WHSE, FI/CO).
Strong collaboration skills with IT teams to address adoption issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
Resilience, innovation, and adaptability in managing change within fast-paced environments.
Experience using digital tools to engage a distributed workforce.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Prosci, CCMP or similar certification preferred.
Experience with productivity tools like Enable Now/UPerform, MS Project, Planisware, SmartsSeets, PowerPoint, Visio and JIRA preferred.
