Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join one of our luxury retail clients based out of Long Island City and go on-site 5 days per week. This person will be joining the National Service Desk support team that is responsible for providing IT technical support internally to various divisions, retailors, and C-Suite. It is imperative that this person has excellent attention to detail and will provide white glove support throughout the lifecycle of an issue; from ticket, to remediation, including follow up post completion to ensure continued success. There will be troubleshooting across, hardware, software, networking, and conference room tech. This person will need to have strong communication skills and flexible personality, both in person and via email to provide support/direction.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years of experience providing white glove technical support

* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and a quick/eager learner

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

* Extremely proficient providing support via phone, email, ticketing, or deskside in person

* Software Support; expertise with O365 (support and deployment) and Workspace ONE

o Project/software deployment experience

* Previous conference room set ups experience and ClickShare support (Cisco)

* Familiar with databases and running PowerShell scripts

* Experience providing Networking Support (pinging IP addresses)

* Ticketing system experience (Ivanti or ServiceNow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Any POS system exposure

* Ability to create PowerShell scripts from scratch
