Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join their global revenue team. This role involves working closely with the plaintiff finding team to identify and vet potential plaintiffs for various class action lawsuits. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1 year of experience as an intake specialist/call center representative or in an administrative role

- Experience working for a legal/ law firm setting

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a specific focus on customer communication via phone

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Speaks fluent Spanish
