Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Technician to join one of the world's most iconic luxury hospitality clients in midtown Manhattan. The role will be required to sit onsite from Wednesday-Sunday 9:00-5:00 PM EST. This person will be joining their IT Department that supports the hotel's 150 users along with their guests in its entirety. This individual will be responsible for providing level 1 support to the hotel guests and employees, receiving an average of 20-25 tickets a day. This is a very fast paced environment, so it is imperative that this person has excellent attention to detail. On a day to day, this person will be troubleshooting a variety of issues which include but are not limited to password resets, Windows 10/11 and O365 issues, iPhone issues, installing/configuring software as needed, checking computer hardware to ensure functionality, and completing inventory management, along with troubleshooting the hotel guests Wi-Fi/TV issues. The team is seeking a self-motivated individual who has excellent customer service abilities and is eager to have the opportunity to grow their career at one of the world's most prestigious and well-known hotels. In addition, this team has an open-door policy and lunch is provided daily.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-7 years of experience working within IT support

* Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365 and MacOS

* Hands on experience providing hardware and software support for desktops/laptops and phones

* Experience utilizing Active Directory

* Use of ticketing systems -- Zendesk preferred

* Experience providing white glove support

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience utilizing JAMF/Intune for Apple device management

* Basic networking knowledge
