Insight Global is seeking a Assistant Service Manager for one of our clients in the Heating/HVAC industry in Brooklyn, NY. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient service delivery. This position involves dispatching service technicians, following up on proposals, and engaging with customers. They will assist with managing roughly 60 service technicians. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, be comfortable working indoors, and possess excellent communication skills.

5+ years of experience in a customer service role in the Residential Natural Gas, HVAC, or plumbing industry
Must be mechanically inclined (understanding of oil vs gas burners)
Familiar with proposals for HVAC, Natural Gas, or Plumbing repairs
Experience in a customer facing role
Strong communication skills
