Insight Global is looking for a hands-on Broadcast and Production Engineering Design Engineer to join the Production Engineering Team at a leading Media and Entertainment client in the NYC area. As a member of this team, this individual would provide support intaking project initiatives and project items from external clients and working collaboratively with internal teams. This individual will assist in building and troubleshooting broadcast systems and technologies by utilizing Evertz, Calrec, Sony, Chyron, Cisco, SMPTE 2110, and other broadcasting technologies. This individual should be strong with tableau, Jira, PowerPoint, and have strong presentations skills. This individual should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking, and excited to learn new technologies. This person will be onsite 5X a week in NYC.

* 5-7+ years within the entertainment industry as a networking or broadcast design engineer
* Previous experience with physical AutoCAD or schematics to create conceptual designs
* Previous in-depth knowledge with Evertz Router Systems, Calrec Audio Consoles, and Sony Camera Systems
* Experience with MS PowerPoint, Jira, Tableau, and other reporting tools
* Previous working experience for Evertz EXE IP Routers
* Working knowledge of Production and On-Air broadcast environments
* Jira Service Management Ticketing Systems
* Knowledge of AWS/Azure or cloud Certifications
