Insight Global is looking for an Epic MyChart/EpicCare Ambulatory Certified Analyst to join the Epic and Clinical Applications team for one of our largest health care clients in New York City. The Analyst may sit remotely. They will be responsible for building and testing implementations, and optimization of the module. They must be a subject matter expert in Epic MyChart and EpicCare Ambulatory, and how it ties into the rest of the Epic modules which will demand certifications. This person will essentially act as a liaison between vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to fully communicate and deliver initiatives for the modules in addition to the below:
o In Basket / MyChart message routing
o Provider / Department Scheduling settings
o Medication Refill Request workflow
o Care Companion
o Fast Pass
o Scheduling Tickets
o Remote Patient Monitoring programs generally

Experience building and testing implementations, optimization, and go-live support
At least 3 years experience in supporting large healthcare organizations in Epic
Primary duties and Preferred Knowledge / Experience:
o In Basket / MyChart message routing
o Provider / Department Scheduling settings
o Medication Refill Request workflow
o Care Companion
o Fast Pass
o Scheduling Tickets
o Remote Patient Monitoring programs generally
o Support and maintenance tickets
o Optimization projects as assigned
Experience creating meetings and cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams to complete projects
Experience in a large enterprise level environment or large academic medical institution with high-pressure and high-deliverable expectations
Bachelors Degree
