Insight Global is seeking a Media Assistant to join one of our clients in NYC. This person will be joining a team who supports our client's advertising team. The person in this position will provide extra support to the team during the political year. They will be responsible for supporting different markets during the pre-sale phase and be responsible for gathering information in order to create proposals. They will review orders, enter them into the system and provide reporting to track different orders from clients. They will be inputting findings from the people who are reviewing advertisements and communicating with the group regarding what is most urgent. They will prepare budgets and report on certain targets for the sales team. This job will be performed on-site in NYC and will offer 2 days remote after the training period.
