Insight Global is seeking a Telephone Operator to join the Pre-Access team at the #1 Orthopedic hospital in the United States. This candidate will be responsible for connecting callers to different departments in the hospital, alerting proper personnel with emergency Rapid Response calls as well as Signal 1s (cardiac arrest calls). This person will be expected to make overhead pages to the hospital alerting the situation at hand so the proper team can get to the department/floor/room. The perfect candidate has a clear speaking voice, professional phone presence and is able to work calmly under high pressure situations.
