Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Tech to join one of our Information Technology clients. The team is looking for someone to sit hybrid 2-3x week out of their downtown NYC office. This individual will be joining on a 6--12-month contract with the possibility for extensions. They will be responsible for handling support tickets to help users regain access to various tools (Microsoft, Slack, etc.), handling network crashes, and computers failing. There is on-site flexibility, but they must be onsite minimum 2x week. This individual will be working with the executive teams directly, so strong communication skills are a must.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2-3 years of experience in IT Support.

* Experience with ticketing system (Jira Service Management preferred).

* Experience with Slack.

* Ability to lift 5-10 pounds.

* Experience working in a Linux environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with Okta and Google Workspace.

* Mac & Windows experience.
