Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Educational Technology Development Manager for one of our clients who has established a global presence in the field of E-governance through innovative products, solutions and services across multiple domains. This position will be onsite in New Yok City, Monday through Friday.

As an Educational Technology Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our education division. Your expertise in strategy, innovation, and roadmap creation will drive the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development:

o Collaborate with senior leadership to define the long-term vision for educational technology.

o Create and maintain a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.

o Identify emerging trends, evaluate their impact, and incorporate them into the roadmap.

2. Educational Technology Solutions:

o Evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions that enhance student engagement, faculty productivity, and administrative efficiency.

3. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

o Engage with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to understand their technology needs and challenges.

o Communicate the roadmap, project updates, and benefits to various stakeholders.

o Foster a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.

4. Project Management and Execution:

o Lead cross-functional teams in executing technology initiatives.

o Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

o Monitor progress, address roadblocks, and ensure successful project completion.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

o Analyze data related to technology adoption, user experience, and learning outcomes.

o Use insights to refine strategies and prioritize investments.

6. Budget Management:

o Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

o Explore grant opportunities and external funding sources.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years in educational technology management.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, roadmap creation, and successful technology implementations.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), educational software, and emerging technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
