Technical Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a large financial services organization. The team is kicking off a large-scale cloud migration moving from on prem SQL Server to the cloud by the end of 2024. As the Technical Business Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Gather requirements in Jira

-Create documentation in and outside of Jira and Confluence

-Conduct and facilitate UAT

-Communicate cross-functionally with both the business and technical stakeholders

-Create reports with Power BI or Tableau

-Use SQL to retrieve data and transform it

-5-7 years working as a technical business analyst

-Must have experience working on an end to end a cloud migration project

-Ability to Write SQL queries from scratch to pull and transform data from SQL Server

-Strong communication to interact with business and technical stakeholders

-Ability to gather requirements, lead UAT, and create documentation (Jira and Confluence)

-Experience creating dashboards from scratch with the following reporting tools (PowerBI OR tableau)
