Insight Global is assisting a Union Benefits company in New York City in identifying individuals for multiple Benefits Specialist positions that they have open at the moment. This role will be assisting Union Members through inbound calls regarding their benefits plan and any issues/questions they have. The right candidate would succeed in this role if they are passionate about customer service and building long lasting relationships with the members.
* Support the Member Benefits team in answering inbound calls regarding benefits plan questions from the Union members
* Utilizing internal tools to determine best answers to inbound questions
* Providing empathetic customer service to individuals to provide the best support possible
* 1+ years of Customer Service/Receptionist Experience
* Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must meet performance standards including attendance and punctuality
* A demonstrated capability to manipulate and use multiple software programs simultaneously including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows applications.
* Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
* Associates Degree or Some College
