IFF is looking for a junior Site Technician to support their NYC location. This person will be supporting their IT Tech Cafe in their NYC office which is where all C-suite level executives sit. This person needs to have strong customer service skills since they will be supporting the tech café in which anyone that sits in the building can go to for in person support and to ask any IT related questions they may have. The ideal candidate will be completely comfortable working alone in the tech café to support users.
- 2-3 years of experience with end user device support
- Has a strong background working with Microsoft Office
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile devices, video conferencing support, active directory, and application support
