Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician for a client in Manhattan, NY. This person will be joining a team supporting network, cabling, and phone systems for a 3rd party client. This person will be responsible for handling new requests for desk set up, rack and stack, cable patching, and break/fix. They will support a Cisco environment and Cisco/Avaya IP phone systems for 4 floors of a large financial trading floor. This position is Monday-Friday 230PM-11PM on-site.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a network technician role
- IP Telephony experience w/ Cisco
- Data Center experience (Rack + Stack/Cabling w/ Fiber + CAT 6)
- Cable patching experience (end to end)
- Network troubleshooting experience
