A client of Insight Global is looking for a strong ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the Continual Service Improvement team within the DigITs Organization. This person will be creating workflows, SLA's, monitoring and helping with Process Improvements. They will be supporting the internal ServiceNow Platform team and helping with trouble tickets, cataloging items, and process flow creations.
5+ years' experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
Hands on experience with reporting and documenting skills to translate business requirements into technical requirements (BRDs/FRDs)
Ability to perform configurations, create test cases for UAT user acceptance testing, and performing regression testing in ServiceNow
Ability to write basic SQL queries, selects, joints, and familiarity with Excel
