Job Description

A lead hospital system is seeking a User Provisioning Analyst for their Client Services & Epic User Provisioning team. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the system users are properly provisioned for system access. This person will be developing and maintaining role based user access and establish an RBA for all current and future positions. This includes basic network access, file share access & application level access. This person will be responsible to field user access requests and moving these requests through the appropriate channels so that users will have system access ina timely & secure fashion. Some of the day to day responsibilities include:



* Provides excellent customer service by ensuring that Support services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations.

* Assist in the development and maintenance of user role based access.

* Perform timely processing of various system access requests for management, employees, and vendors; including network accounts, various application accesses, shared folders, exception requests, removal of accesses upon termination.

* Maintenance of the User Provisioning Master Data Files.

* Interface with the various groups within the hospital so that information resources are properly and consistently protected, regardless of their location, form, or supporting technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-10 years of experience working within an enterprise IT organization

- Strong experience with Active Directory & User Provisioning Experience

- Working knowledge of Windows Operating systems & the MS Office Suite

- Strong technical skills, including experience SailPoint IIQ, IDN, OKTA

- Epic Certified is a must in Security or Identity

- Experience working in a hospital
