Insight Global is looking for a Tier 2, Desktop Support Analyst for one of our largest financial clients in midtown Manhattan. This contractor will join the Desktop Support team of 10+ where they will be supporting an environment of 680+ end users, including C-level executives; so we are looking for a very articulate and sharp individual who is used to white glove service. Their responsibilities will include setting up video conference's within the building, supporting remote offices, working with tickets (ServiceNow and Alteris) and troubleshooting Blackberries. This person will provide outstanding customer service and a high attention to detail.
