Insight Global is looking for a TechLine Support Analyst to join the team of an enterprise media client to sit in New York City 5X a week. This candidate will be the first point of contact for internal employees and partners requiring IT support and is expected to resolve a high percentage of issues a first contact. This candidate will provide excellent customer and white glove service for deskside support as well as virtualized tickets via ServiceNow. This candidate will run through roughly 10-20 onsite resolutions and more than 25 virtualized tickets daily. This candidate must show excellent communication skills, white glove service, technical troubleshooting skills, and prove the ability to go above and beyond to deliver excellent technical solutions and customer experience. This candidate will cover a shift from 10am EST to 7pm EST on site in Manhattan.
- 3-5+ years' experience with tech bar/tech line experience
- Excellent communication skills and deskside white glove experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, Active Directory, mobile, etc. (80% windows environment)
- Previous experience with Service now
- Team player mentality, ability to go above and beyond to deliver excellent technical solutions and customer experience
- Previous experience within an Enterprise environment or previous Media experience
