Insight Global is looking for an Imaging Systems Analyst to join one of our largest healthcare clients in Manhattan. This person will be joining the Clinical Systems and Applications team and responsible for troubleshooting imaging systems for a degree of different end users including radiologists, physicians, or other internal employees. They must have experience in a technical customer service support capacity to understand prioritization of tickets and the professionalism needed for this end user population. They must have experience with any imaging, radiology, cardiology, or clinical system from a support standpoint. We need someone who understands how all clinical systems communicate and can identify the root cause of problems with the systems because of their understanding of networking, firewalls, etc. This individual will need to be onsite every day and providing white glove support across the organization.
-Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Desktop or Technical Support background for a healthcare organization
-Must have Bachelors degree
-Experience troubleshooting and maintaining and analyzing root cause of issues for clinical systems such as imaging systems, radiology systems or cardiology systems
-Needs to understand how the clinical systems communicate with each other, the networks and the firewalls
