MTM Pharmacist Technician's

A Partner of Insight Global is looking for talented pharmacy technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital member of our medication management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety by conducting comprehensive medication reviews (CMR's) and interviewing patients on their medication history. We are seeking candidates who thrive in a fast-paced outbound call center environment and who share our vision of a world where individuals can access and utilize medications safely and effectively, enabling them to live long, healthy lives out of the hospital.

Current pharmacy technician (CPhT) license

Pharmacy Technicians must be licensed in state of FL or AZ by date of hire, or be willing to obtain a Florida or Arizona Pharmacy Technician license prior to starting

At least two years of experience as a pharmacy technician

At least one year of Medication Reconciliation Experience

Experience Conducting CMR's

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Able to work with multiple applications to provide a seamless experience for the patient

Ability to understand and interpret medical information from oral and written resources

Enjoys problem solving, displays empathy and best interest for the patient in mind

Positive attitude and genuinely enjoys talking to patients

Must have reliable internet connection

Fluent in multiple languages (Especially Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese)
