Job Description

One of the most reputable investor-owned energy companies in the US is looking for a Sr. Organizational Development Specialist. This client is based in NYC and this specific team is based out of Long Island City, however the Organizational Development Specialist will actively be onsite working with different client teams at their respective locations.



The Sr. Organizational Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and creating OD workshops for internal client teams. He/She should have several years of experience within the Organizational Development space and will be assisting in developing team dynamics, running culture workshops, leadership building and change management. The Organizational Development Consultant will also play a role in conflict resolution and will be working with internal teams to develop OD programs and implement them across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of hands on Organizational Development experience

- Background working with different clients to build culture / experience creating culture building programs

- Experience working within team dynamics and assessing issues / implementing solutions

- Background working with Officer / C-Suite level employees

- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to present to clients in a professional environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Background administering assessments

- MBTI and/or SDI Certifications

- Union related experience or experience working within industry similar to Con Ed
