A client of Insight Global who is one of the leaders in cancer research in the world is going through a huge upgrade their software and hardware assets. We are looking for 5 strong Deployment / Break fix technicians to help with a 5,000-machine swap and upgrade to a new operating system that can work on a thin-client called IGEL. This will be a 12 month to 24 month project to complete all 20,000-workstation update to Windows 11.
2+ years as a PC/Deployment Technician (Hospital or healthcare environment preferred so they have experience working with Doctors, Nurses, clinicians)
Experience upgrading and migrating machines to new operating systems (install, test, deploy)
Data backup and data migration
Experience in a large system with 10-20,000 users (next project will be related to updating 20,000 windows workstations)
Hardware refresh experience
Experience working with PC,s Laptops, MACs, Tablets
Troubleshooting & Break fix skills
Excellent Communication & Customer Service skills
