Insight Global's Financial Services Client is looking for three Desktop Support Specialists to join their team. This team is responsible for providing assistance to all front and back office staff across the Americas. These individuals will be responsible for supporting the various lines of business throughout their organization's umbrella. This is a hands-on role and these individuals are expected to provide technical expertise in order to resolve issues for the general population. Lastly, these candidates will install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, computer hardware (and any other authorized peripheral equipment) and across a range of authorized software applications.
-1+ years of Desktop Support experience, preferably within financial services (ex. Trade Floor support)
-Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
-Experience with O365 and Windows desktop technologies such as Outlook
-Experience building PCs, re-imaging PCs and profiling
-Knowledge of networking, switches, routing etc.
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
-Azure AD experience
