Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician for one of their MSP customers. This person will join a team of 5 to work onsite 5 days a week providing tier 1 helpdesk support logging into their customer system, using ConnectWise ticketing system to resolve customer issues, work through teams, train through teams, and troubleshoot over the phone, email, and in person. This position is Monday-Friday, 12PM-9PM EST.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience working as a Level 1 Desktop Support

Fully vaccinated & proof of vaccination

Valid government issued ID

Must be able to commute 5 days onsite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

4-5 years of experience working as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Support Technician

Fully vaccinated & proof of vaccination

Valid government issued ID

Must be able to commute 5 days onsite for first few months
