The top investor-owned energy company in the US is currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team. This client is operating as one of the world's largest energy delivery providers across clean energy, electric, gas and steam services. The Learning & Development Coordinator is going to join the Organizational Development team and will manage all training activities related to scheduling, enrollment, attendance, communication and marketing, and surveys for OD classes. In this role, you will monitor course enrollment to ensure that maximum capacity is achieved and ensure that course offerings address core business demands and needs. The client is looking for an individual who has experience coordinating and scheduling within a fast-paced environment, has the ability to multi-task, and has a background working with internal software systems as this Coordinator will be actively working with the client's LMS (learning management system). You will be responsible for designing and collecting data from participants and stakeholders to understand the effectiveness or workforce development initiatives and will also act as the primary point of contact for external vendors to facilitate and set up trainings / courses. The position sits onsite in Long Island City and will be onsite a minimum of 4 days per week.
- 3+ years of Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
- Experience working with complex internal software systems, tech savvy
- Efficient at MS Office (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- People oriented with the go-getter and self-sufficient mindset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
- Experience working with LMS (learning management software) systems
