Job Description
-Develop, maintain, and review data processes for Salesforce, including data validation, enrichment, deduplication, migration, merging and reporting.
-Conduct reviews and recommend data modeling improvements and best practices.
-Provide backup support for our 250+ and growing Salesforce.com user base.
-Coordinate with Marketing Operations regularly on ensuring continuity with Salesforce and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
-Help drive overall adoption of our power users (sales) of the current CRM system and related technical stack through 1-on-1 user engagement.
-Perform administrative duties such as user configurations, system modifications and testing.
-Demonstrate ability to learn and research advanced data technologies and concepts, learning new skills and software/tools, as necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of experience within data management
-1+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (Salesforce admin experience preferred)
-Strong ability to perform data clean-up, data duplication, data ingestion, uploading data into salesforce.com, etc.
-Familiarity with basic Salesforce structure, standard objects, standard customer lifecycle, etc.
-Ability to generate reports and dashboards (huge plus if able to create from scratch however not required)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-experience with demand tools: Salesforce Data Loader, ZoomInfo (to enrich data), merging records tools
