Insight Global is seeking out a Change Mangement Analyst to sit fully remote for a large media/streaming service client. This person is going to be joining the Strategic Program Mangement organization specifically with the Employee Expereince Team. This team is responsible for the improvement of employee expereinces and training/development of all employees of the larger organization. This organization is currently going through numerous changes and has developed a change mangement framework. This analyst is expected to come in and support the implementation of the new framework. 50% of their day to day is going to spent within the change management realm. This will include the execution of impact assessments, the development of change plans, creation of training and communication materials, and confirmation of leadership alignment per employee function. This individual is expected to identify and track KPIs for measuring change management effectiveness, gather learnings from initial change plan executions, and adjust or update framework to support ongoing initiatives. The remaining 50% will be revolved around training. This will include stand up comprehensive training repository for the organization, leveraging existing resources available internally or externally. External trainings will include complementary and/or paid training and certification programs offered by existing vendor partners including Microsoft, AWS, Prosci, GCS, etc. This individual must have sharp communications skills as they will be working very cross functionally to gather requirments from internal stakeholders, reach out to the appropriate external vendors, and then implement and oversee the changes and trainings that are necessary for the improvements of the employees within this organization.
3+ years working within a change mangmeent postion.
Ex: Employee communications background, Program/Project Management, HR Background
Strong and recent experience working cross functionally with various stakeholders.
Proficient within MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Sharp interpersonal and communication skills with strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree within any related field
Media/Streaming industry experience -- Preferably NBC or Comcast
