REMOTE Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking out a Project Manager to sit FULLY REMOTE for a large media/streaming client. This person is going to be joining the Technical Operations Strategy unit supporting the Program Management team in the development of the launch of a new service specifically focusing in on the development and delivery of key media productions for the project initiatives . This individual should have previous expereince of developing, interpreting, and leveraging data, people, process, methodology, and technology to instill timely delivery. On the day to day, this PM will be supporting daily portfolio management for 100+ projects in Smartsheet, including everything from intake and charter completion to dashboarding, notification and reporting at the project, program, and portfolio level. As well as providing regular reports and project status updates to management and stakeholders highlighting successes, issues, risks and risk mitigation, understand root causes, and communicate their findings. This individual will be working with key stakeholders across functional groups to assist the project management team in the creation of program roadmaps and support the development and communication of recommendations by effectively communicating insights and plans to the program management team and cross functional core teams. This person is expected to provide complex analytical support (data collection, analysis, development of data models) to project-based work to improve, execute, and communicate significant analysis for opportunities across the business. This person needs to have excellent time management, problem solving, and prioritization skills to build trust to collaborate effectively and drive initiatives with cross functional partners. As a Fully Remote Project Manager, this person needs to be self-motivated, deliverable-focused, have a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and resolve an array of issues simultaneously.

3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager

strong facilitation, communication planning and problem-solving skills

Proficient within Smartsheet's, JIRA, and MS Office

Expereince extracting, analyzing, modeling, and reporting data

Expereince working cross functionally with various stakeholders and C-Suite executives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesis information into a PowerPoint

Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related discipline

Media/Entertainment industry expereince
