* Create technical content such as videos, demos, guides, tutorials, webinars and technical blogs.

* Work to understand our target personas as well as customers, the problems they face, and how the company can help.

* Understand the complete customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion, partnering with Marketing and Sales to help drive product interest, evaluation, purchase, and growth.

* Translate complex ideas & strategies into both prospect and customer-facing collateral

* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth, DevRel, Sales, Product and Design

* Be the de-facto expert on market/opportunity sizing, target audience, customer challenges, and competitive analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

* Technical background or proficiency. While we don't require a CompSci degree, to thrive in this role, you need to be able to use our APIs and be very comfortable with infrastructure concepts.

* 5+ years of Product Marketing or Product experience

* 2+ years of experience developing collateral such as demos, blogs, case studies, guides, webinars, tutorials, ROI assessments etc.

* Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messaging and collateral.

* Able to excel in a fast-paced environment, juggling a variety of projects with multiple different stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Developer marketing experience a plus, but not required.
