Insight Global is seeking a remote Director of Renewals for a full-time opportunity with a Commercial Generator Services Provider. This person will lead a small team of existing Renewal representatives that are focused on renewing approximately 10,000 contracts per year, in a $100M portfolio. This is a high-volume, transactional space that this Director will operate in. With this being a new role in the company, this person will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for the department, increasing efficiency, productivity and profitability. They will scale the department in size over the duration of the next few years. This Director will look to increase the win rate of contract renewals, and build out metrics of success for the entire department. This person will help build out this team and must possess a strong growth mindset. They will also be tasked with evaluating the existing team and make any necessary changes.
This person is also responsible for the weekly forecasting cycle including detailed analysis and comments on key forecast drivers like churn, price increases, and potential new revenue streams. They will develop and maintain a renewal management strategy to ensure ongoing visibility and key stakeholder alignment on organizational changes. This role requires 20% travel, and this person must sit in EST or Central time zones.
