Insight Global is looking for a Level 1 Desktop Associate to work for one of our large Asset Management clients in New York, NY. This person needs to be onsite 5 days a week and have experience in a similar role with over three years experience. Day to day activity will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems and supporting operations.
- 2+ years experience as a Level 1 helpdesk associate
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience assisting in support and operations
