Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician for one of our architecture clients in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be able to provide deskside and Tier II software support for 50-60 end users onsite. This position is required to be onsite 5 days/week in Midtown Manhattan.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
* Install and configure software and hardware; set up accounts and workstations. Provide deskside support to employees, including wire management at desks.
* Ensures print room equipment and supplies are well maintained.
* Act as point-of-contact for IT/AV issues in conference rooms and ensure all equipment operational and up-to-date.
