Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Technician for one of our architecture clients in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will be able to provide deskside and Tier II software support for 50-60 end users onsite. This position is required to be onsite 5 days/week in Midtown Manhattan.



Duties/ Responsibilities:



* Install and configure software and hardware; set up accounts and workstations. Provide deskside support to employees, including wire management at desks.

* Ensures print room equipment and supplies are well maintained.

* Act as point-of-contact for IT/AV issues in conference rooms and ensure all equipment operational and up-to-date.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2-4 years of IT Support experience

* Windows Administration

* Server 2016-2019 Administration

* Active Directory

* Azure AD

* Azure Management

* Microsoft Hyper-V

* Office365 Administration

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company's goals.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* MSP360 Backup administration

* Veeam Backup administration

* Cisco Meraki Administration

* ZenDesk Ticketing

* Mitel VoIP Administration

* Autodesk Product Experience

* Other Architectural Design Apps
