Our client seeksahighlyorganized Editorial/PlatformsAssociate in NYC.



They will be executing the daily operations ofa portfolio of late night showdigitalexperiencesacross platforms including websites, mobileandsocial. Working withateam of content writers, designers, photo editors, video producersand marketers,as wellas social mediaandad sales experts, the PlatformsAssociate will create the bestdigitalexperiences for the late night showsand toattain key business goals. Knowledge of the latestdigitaland social mediatrends particularly in late nightareamust,and understanding of the television production process is preferred.The winning candidate demonstrates theability to simply get things done withaminimum of fuss, no matter what challenges swirlaround them. Characteristics include strong writing skills, design taste,an extremely high standard of quality control,and theability to tactically manage many competing requests effectively,all while contributingapositive team dynamicand culture. PlatformsAssociate communicatesand presents calmly, professionallyand effectively to senior management, show producersand show talent.



Essential Responsibilities:Under the direction of the Director, Platforms, Late Night, run day-to-daydigitalexperiences forlate night programmingacross web, mobile,appsand TV Everywhere.Digital experiences include video, photos, editorial, promotional items,and sales campaigns.Work in concert with teams of content writers, designers, photo editors, video producers,and social experts to execute editorial strategiesand create compelling new user experiences that capitalize on data. The dataanalysis supplied to the PlatformsAssociate guidesand brings together the team's talentsand expertise in the most effectiveandappealing manner. Navigateamong executivesand staffand shows production teams. Leverage opportunities from the show into rich content ondigitalplatforms. Forecast howthedigitalaudience will respond to on-air contentand make decisions to best populateall platformsaccordingly. Collaborate with internalteams on overall strategyand communicate with shows production teams. Ensure consistent brand positioningand marketing messaging.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 3years of experiencemanaging website, mobile, video, socialandapp experiences,as wellas high traffic editorial, ideally for television shows.

Strong writing skills.

Able to generate SEO-centric copy for promotions, blogs, videos, photosand other content.

Extremely high standard of editorial quality control.

Expertise with content management systems like Drupalas wellas command of productsand tools including Word, Excel, Photoshopand HTML.

Thorough understanding of common web & interface conventions.
