Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join one of their top financial clients based in New York City. This person will be joining the Product and Platform Engineering team. From the acquisition, there are two ServiceNow platforms functioning that leadership is looking to review and ideally consolidate to one enterprise-wide platform. This person will contribute to gap analysis of the two systems and provide new development ideas towards simplifying both systems. They'll work alongside internal business users to understand the types of customizations and functionality enhancements needed for the platform, providing the technical developers with the information to create those enhancements, contributing to the hands-on development as well, and finally, will support ServiceNow platform integrations with other technology and development teams such as Salesforce.
