Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Senior Product/Program Manager to lead complex technical programs from planning through execution. This individual will be responsible for program cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, and customer satisfaction while working closely with engineering, operations, finance, and business leadership.
The role includes managing budgets, EACs, integrated master schedules, resources, and executive reporting, while driving cross-functional execution and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience leading large, high-visibility technical programs, supporting proposal efforts, and delivering successful outcomes in complex government or commercial environments.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 12-15+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience leading advanced technical development programs and/or systems-of-systems programs
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent programs
• Experience managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts/programs
• Strong background in program planning, resource management, risk management, and program execution
• Experience developing and managing budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), resource allocation plans, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Strong customer-facing experience working with government and commercial customers
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, finance, and operations
• Knowledge of export licenses and military product exports to foreign countries
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 20%
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Technical Master's Degree
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent
• Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
• Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) experience
• Defense, aerospace, autonomous systems, weapons systems, UAS, or advanced technology program experience
• Product management experience supporting product lifecycle strategy and development
• Experience supporting proposal development, capture efforts, and business development activities
• Experience leading program managers and mentoring junior PMs
