Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
Lead project meetings, set milestones, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
Oversee project processes including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements
Coordinate closely with superintendents and site operations teams
Supervise support staff, including assistant project managers and administrative roles
Support pre-construction efforts, including RFP development
Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to support their needs
Drive project quality control and manage the closeout process

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma required
5+ years' experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
Prior experience in project management, with the ability to successfully oversee and deliver multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency with industry and project management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Four-year degree from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred
Federal project experience
