Job Description
My client is seeking a Superintendent to come on and support their project in Shiprock, New Mexico. This project is the new-build of a dormitory and is about 50% through completion, about to have the tilt walls up and transition into MEP and interior work. The superintendent will be responsible for full onsite management on the project, overseeing the GC, walking the site and submitting daily logs, reporting up to the client and key internal stakeholders, and assisting in any necessary schedule and budget adjustments.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a federal superintendent
- OSHA 30 certification
EM-385 experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
previous experience supporting multi-family/apartment style new builds
