An employer in the Albuquerque, NM market is looking for an Underground Construction Manager to join their team. The position will pay between $45-52/hr. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aerial fiber construction for power companies, specifically with Power New Mexico (PNM). This role involves working with communication attachments to PNM power poles, utilizing specialized software, and managing the make-ready process. This person will also be dealing with communication attachments to PNM power poles. This person will be required to be in the field a large part of their day.

8+ years of experience with aerial fiber construction, specifically for power companies
Experience working with PNM (Power New Mexico)
Experience with communication attachments to PNM power poles
Experience with SPIDAcalc, SPIDAmin, and Katapult
Experience with make readies
Experience putting together a package process for power companies
Valid Drivers License
