Job Description

The Aircraft Mechanic will perform maintenance on aircraft systems, repairs and inspects structural, mechanical, and electrical elements, and oversees ground support equipment. They will train others in diagnostics and tool use, document maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. Duties also include managing passenger and cargo loading, securing aircraft at out-stations, and performing safety briefings and emergency management as a Crew Safety Specialist. This position will require heavy CONUS travel 85-95%, typically 3-4x a month for a for a 1-3 days at a time.

Required Skills & Experience

- Ability to obtain and maintain a (US Department of Energy) DOE Q clearance

- 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on 737 aircraft

- A&P certification

Aircraft systems knowledge and the ability to perform diagnostics and maintenance
