Our client is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to support their Global Consumer Call Center. This group supports the data around engagement levels and performance for product content, ratings and reviews, phone, email, and chat data. You will automate call agent assignment processes and utilize AI/ML to ensure data and sentiment assignment accuracy for consumer product engagement.
