A Health Care company is seeking an individual to join their shared service IT Productivity and Collaboration team. This person will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Office 365 license management. The goal of this person is to create and implement optimization for user experience through the management of licensing costs, improving current licensing management processes, and analyzing data in Power BI to develop reports. This person should have excellent communication, collaboration (with comms, engineering, stakeholder teams, etc), and documentation skills for this role, and they will serve as an individual contributor with high level direction, working closest with the MS Service Owners and Architects on the IT side as well as on the IT side of the newly divested retail company. Measurements of success include:
Optimization of costs, process automations, user experience, analysis and reporting of MS O365 licensing infrastructure.
Reclaiming and reassigning of licenses where applicable
Creating process solutions based on end user support and stakeholder feedback
Supporting the creation of automations using applications such as Microsoft Power Automate & Powerapps
5+ years experience in license management, specifically with MS O365 technology and collaboration applications, including onprem and cloud technologies (Active Directory and Azure)
Experience with end user experience in an internal enterprise environment
Experience scripting PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
Excellent dashboard experience with Power BI to report development, modeling and DAX
Total MS suite knowledge and familiarity
