Our large real estate client is looking for a PC Support Coordinator to join the PC Depot Team in Madison, NJ. This role will be 5 days a week onsite in Madison, NJ and will be a key member of the team providing excellent communication and thoroughness for onboarding/offboarding corporate IT employees. They will be answering tickets daily out of ServiceNow and must track from start to finish all onboarding and offboarding of PC equipment. They will operate as triage- managing new tickets, prioritizing open tickets, and making sure they receive the best customer experience in follow ups and constant communication until completion. They will need to be enthusiastic, thorough, and problem solving!
