Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives supporting the bank's digital transformation, cloud modernization, infrastructure, data, and application development programs. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, technology leaders, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, modernization, scalability, and innovation across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background managing large technology programs within highly regulated financial services environments and can effectively bridge communication between technical and business teams while driving execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, application development, data, and platform modernization efforts.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource plans while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, status reports, executive presentations, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, product, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and blockers while proactively escalating concerns to leadership.
• Establish project governance structures and ensure adherence to enterprise PMO standards.
• Coordinate vendor management activities, contract deliverables, and third-party dependencies.
• Partner with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to communicate project status, business impacts, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, application modernization, or digital transformation programs.
• Financial management experience including budget forecasting and resource planning.
• Experience creating and presenting project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Experience using Jira for project management.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
• Experience within financial services, banking, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives within Azure and/or AWS environments.
